Aufgaben

• Responsible for testing the hydraulic systems on port machinery for technical problems
• Responsible for components-sign-off in partnership of key suppliers
• Responsible for creating test rigs and reliability tests
• Responsible with his team for the prototype build and record all design and quality problem
• Responsible for all test equipments
• Creating test reports and documentation for all legal tests
• Working close within the design team to evaluate technical risk that could be verified by the test department

Qualifikationen

• Technician/Dipl.-Ing. (FH), electrical/hydraulic/mechanical engineer
• Leading position in testing or field commissioning on construction / port or heavy Off-Road Machinery for at least 5 years
• Deep knowledge in hydraulic and hydrodynamic or hydrostatic drive system
• Basic knowledge in vibration and noise
• Deep knowledge in test procedure to all safety legislation, directives and standards especially of EN-ISO 13849 and DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC
• Willing to travel
• Fluent in English or/and German
• Willing to work in an international team and can delegate tasks easily
